Dress code

  • No revealing clothing: sundresses, crop tops, sheer or spandex fabric, low-cut necklines
  • Nothing more than 3 inches above the knee (shorts, skirts, dresses, culottes)
  • No khaki-colored or camouflage/military-style clothing
  • No hats or caps inside the visiting room
  • No open-toed shoes or sandals
  • No hooded shirts/jackets, sweat suits, athletic wear, bib overalls, or gloves
  • No gang-related insignia or clothing
  • Only 1 wedding band, 1 pair of stud earrings, and 1 religious necklace allowed

You may bring

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or other govt photo ID)
  • One wallet or one transparent coin purse no larger than 8" x 8" x 2"
  • Up to $25 in coins for vending machines (no paper currency)
  • Baby items if needed: 4 diapers, 2 unopened jars of baby food, 1 empty baby bottle/sippy cup, 3 packaged formulas, 1 baby blanket
  • Medication if needed: only nitroglycerin pills, insulin, or prescribed inhalers (held by visiting room officer during the visit)

Not allowed

  • Cell phones, cameras, radios, DVD/cassette players or recorders, tablets
  • Photos, newspapers, books, magazines, playing cards, or other written/printed materials
  • Food or beverages (except sealed baby food/formula for infants); no tobacco or alcohol
  • Large purses, wallets bigger than allowed size, travel/flight bags, briefcases, diaper bags
  • Personal toys or games for children (only institution-provided toys allowed)
  • Weapons or illegal substances

ID requirements
All visitors except children under 16 must present a valid state or government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or other government photo ID).
Children
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is on the approved visiting list; children 16-17 must themselves be on the approved list and also be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
Vending machines
Vending machines and microwave ovens are available in the visiting room for visitors. Inmates may not access the vending area.
Money you may bring
Up to $25 in coins (quarters, dimes, nickels) per family for vending machines; no paper currency allowed
  • Arrive in the lobby between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to be processed for a visit
  • No processing occurs between 9:30 a.m. and the 10:00 a.m. institutional count clearing
  • Visitors are not authorized on the property before 7:30 a.m.
  • If the visiting room becomes overcrowded, visitors who arrived first / traveled shortest distances may be asked to leave first
  • Get on the inmate's approved visiting list in advance to avoid delays; all visitors undergo a background check
